Spring Clean/Drop-10 Challenge Week 6

This week is a “reboot” of past weeks and a chance to celebrate success. I’ll bring colorful snacks to every building this week.  Leaders: please email me to set a time J.

Take a moment to review past weeks’ challenges. Where have you been MOST successful?  What has been the MOST difficult for you?  What ONE area can you set a goal to improve this week?  Maybe it’s as simple as getting your water in the next 5 of 7 days, or eliminating “white” flours and sugars this weekend or adding green vegetables 3 out of the next 5 days, maybe you need to set the alarm 10 minutes earlier every day and do a quick workout…
