2019 Virtual Book Study – Starts February 1st

In the Virtual Book Study series, participants will receive the study book free of charge when committing to provide feedback (a couple of quick survey/feedback questions to answer – no more than a couple of minutes each week), and engage in weekly tips, etc.  For those interested (optional), we can create an online discussion forum to talk about what we’re learning. 

Books for study will be related to nutrition, stress-relief, mindfulness, etc. to help us all be the best versions of ourselves we can be.  If you have suggestions for books, please let Michelle Kruse know!

The first Virtual Book Study will cover The Intuitive Eating Workbook.  I love this book and have recommended it a lot lately.  It combines mindfulness and a non-diet philosophy to help us all stress less about food.  I’ll share weekly bonus tips, recipes, links to videos, etc. that enhance our learning.
